There are 2 main methods used for installing the Tencon Fast Base Foundation System. Both methods are very similar to those currently used for constructing conventional cast in-situ foundations:

The "In Trench" MethodClick for more detail on the In Trench Method
After piling, trenches for the ground beams are excavated then shuttered. Those trenches are backfilled where necessary and Tencon Concrete is cast in-situ.

Fast Base Foundations are installed by house-builders' existing groundwork contractors once given an approved status by Keskin Tencon Ltd.

The "On Ground" MethodClick for more detail on the On Ground Method
The whole plot is levelled. After piling, reinforced formwork is laid out. Some backfilling around the formwork is usually carried out to provide additional support for the concrete pour. Tencon Concrete is then cast in-situ.
