Tencon Slab Tamping / Levelling

Tencon Slabs are tamped / levelled using current tamping methods. It is however much to the discretion of the groundworks contractor exactly how Tencon Slabs are installed.

Tencon recommends Multiquip's MagicScreed product (shown above) for use in the installation of Tencon Slabs.

Tencon Floor System Installation:
The installation process is similar to that used for laying conventional in-situ slabs.

There are 4 key stages:
1. Preparation
2. Concrete Pour
3. Tamp / Level and
4. Finishing

Tencon Slabs are installed by house-builders' existing groundwork contractors once given an approved status by Keskin Tencon Ltd.
