Finishing Off
Finally, foundation levels are checked. A trowel finish may be used if deemed necessary. An overnight cure is sufficient to allow construction works to continue the following day.

Tencon Fast Base Foundation Installation:
The installation process is similar to that used for constructing conventional cast in-situ foundations.
There are 4 key stages:
1. Piling & Excavation
2. Shuttering
3. Tencon Fill and
4. Finishing
Fast Base Foundations are installed by house-builders' existing groundwork contractors once given an approved status by Keskin Tencon Ltd.
