Simpler Foundations

When combined with the Tencon Floor System, foundation layouts can often be simplified through reductions in internal foundation run requirements.

This internal foundation simplification is derived from Tencon Floor's ability to carry significant line-loads.

There can sometimes be a reduction in pile requirements vs. pre-fabricated foundation systems - "corner piles" are not always necessary.
